Creating a Masterpiece

Every September [9/21] when the Season of Autumn commences, I wish I could take crayons to pad and create a colorful drawing! But instead Ive gotten out my camera and taken some wonderful pictures; Im surrounded by Oak trees and this year they've taken longer to change from green to the vibrant reds / golden yellows / golden orange and then turn nondescript brown when they die and fall from the trees. Ive been living in my house for 23 years in a small town in central pennsylvania but I think this has been the best year for foliage. I was surprised in 2006 when I created my screen name luvAutumn etc to learn that the season of Autumn lasts under December [12/21] the Winter Soltice! Flowers are also an important aspect of Autumn such as mums, mini calla lilies, marigolds and hydrangeas. A Hydrangea is the most popular of the fall wedding flowers; also Roses which symbolizes 'love'!

You should upload some of your pictures so the world can share :)

Thanks for visiting my blog... I don't think you should let people put you off, with blogging as with any other sphere of life there are some people who have very strong opinions, but you can always just delete their words.

Hello Rachel, thanks for visiting my blog & leaving a comment! I do not have a digital camera to take pictures to upload to computer just a throw away one but you'd be surprised at the quality of the pictures - they're great! People whom blog & people whom chat have very strong opinions but I find that at least here in blogland I won't be censored by a Terms of Service!
