A truely fabulous production seen Sunday evening March 7, 2010! I had to laugh at the women in costume who looked like 'trussed' up turkeys! Very few looked elegant - Sandra Bullock won her first Oscar for Best Actress!
Kathryn Bigelow First woman ever to win the coveted award for Best Director beating out her husband James Cameron, I didnt realize he was on his 3rd wife! She won also for Best Picture 'The Hurt Locker' which depicted the daily struggles our brave men and women do each and every day to fight a War in the Middle East to not only 'keep us safe at home' but to bring democracy and freedom to Muslims!!!!!!!
And it was good to see that first time Nominees for Lighting, etc. were winners!!!!!!!!!!!

I am from northwestern PA. town of West Middlesex. along I-80 by the Ohio state line.
I went to seminary/college in Erie, PA.
My grandmother is from Cooks Forest area of PA. Vowinkel. I have some cousins in that area still.

Im 2.5 hours west of Allentown, Pa
& 1.5 hrs. east of StateCollege,Pa!
I have a sister in Williamsburg, Va and another sister outside of ValleyForge, Pa and cousins in Connecticut!
