Happy Thanksgiving to all!!

Today I was suppose to drive to Phoenixville in Pennsylvania [for those whom do not know where this town is, 40 minutes from King of Prussia] and celebrate the day with my younger sister & her family! But weather has played a factor - zero visibility at Mt. Pocono, the area where I access Interstate 476 South toward Philadelphia!

Ive spent 6 Thanksgivings & 5 Christmases alone & here's hoping that this Christmas 2009 I will be invited to spend the day with my younger sister! It's just another day to get through& thankgod there are parades & football games to watch & then the Internet to connect with friends either by blogging or chatting!

So now after cleaning out fridge thinking Id be away for 5 days, I have to grocery shop for something to wet my palate! Enjoy your day all to those whom celebrate this wonderful day when we thank our Lord for all his blessings!!!!!

I'm here for the first time--from Paxaa...who I met last June.

Anyway, since Thanksgiving is over, I guess I should remind myself that "THANKS and "GIVING" are never finished. Wish I had more of each.

Hopefully you will not be alone this Christmas...if that happens, please feel free to drop a line this way.

I enjoy reading a blog of Peep's thoughts, and daily activities. So your post this day is very readable and fuin to read.

Where is King of Prussia? Or is that a joke? (I never WAS good in geography --grin!

SteveE: Thanks for reading my blog - my thoughts usually come from what I read in today's news and/or whatever has occurred to me in my 'little corner' of the world - in this case the USA!!

There is such a town named King of Prussia probably about an hour or so west from the city known as 'Brotherly Love' - Philadelphia!

:) Thks for visiting me. I read some of your older posts and like the one on 'The Promise of a New Day!'

I too find a lot of inspiration from books with short thoughts for meditation.. (but unfortunately, it's usually, in quickly, lost by the time the book is closed.)
